White Sage bundles are perfect to help cleanse our energy field of any negative influences/attachments. When it is burned, the smoke is believed to have therapeutic healing powers aiding in removing negative influences or attachments from our bodies, home or objects and also helping relieve worries, headaches, purify the air, improve our intuition and relieve emotional pain.
If you regularly have different people through your home then burning white sage can help remove any negative energies/attachments that maybe left behind.
Coming home after a long day and taking a few moments to burn our White Sage whilst breathing deeply and sweeping it around our body can be such a powerful way to help us switch off and leave any negativity from the day behind.
All of Desert Rose's White Sage has been ethically and sustainably harvested.
Directions:
To cleanse and clear with White Sage or Palo Santo, begin by lighting the stick and allowing the flame to burn whilst waiting for 30 seconds before extinguishing. Hold the stick in your hand over a ceramic dish (to catch any embers) and sweep around your body, home, object or sweep your crystals through the smoke. If you are moving around your home or moving an object through the smoke note that moving in a clockwise direction will bring energy in and moving in an anticlockwise direction will disperse negative energy out.
Create your own personal ritual and use your intuition, moving around and playing with intentions and affirmations in a way that feels right to you.
