Directions:
To cleanse and clear with White Sage or Palo Santo, begin by lighting the stick and allowing the flame to burn whilst waiting for 30 seconds before extinguishing. Hold the stick in your hand over a ceramic dish (to catch any embers) and sweep around your body, home, object or sweep your crystals through the smoke. If you are moving around your home or moving an object through the smoke note that moving in a clockwise direction will bring energy in and moving in an anticlockwise direction will disperse negative energy out.
