2. OUR CRYSTALS:
All crystals listed for sale on Desert Rose have been hand picked by me personally. Sustainability and sourcing crystals ethically is so very important to me therefore I have put so much of my time and effort into ensuring that all our crystals are sourced from ethical, fair wage suppliers with safe working conditions, I have spent countless hours scouring the world for wholesalers that meet Desert Roses requirements so you can shop with peace of mind.
Please be careful with our products as crystals and candles can be dangerous, please keep out of reach of pets and children and always stay vigilant whilst a candle is lit.
Desert Rose is not and can not be held liable due to any loss and/or injury suffered in relation to the use of its products.
Crystals are designed to aid with healing only, if you are unwell or seriously injured please seek medical advice from a medical professional in the first instance.
Any statements made/expressed on or within www.desertrosecrystals.com in regards to nature, medicine and/or a crystals healing properties are a guide only. As humans we all have different ways of using and connecting with a crystals energy, therefore crystals and nature are not always going to be guaranteed to work for you as described.
Please see a doctor if you are unwell in the first instance and use crystals, nature and energy healing to aid your medical treatment.
4. SHIPPING PURCHASE TERMS:
Desert Rose Creations can not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels whilst in transit.
5. RETURNS POLICY:
Our Returns Policy is contact within 7 days of you receiving your item for damaged/faulty items or contact within 14 days for all other item returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns due to crystal size will not be accepted.
First please read through our entire Returns Policy prior to proceeding to Step 1.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for sale items, only regular priced items will be refunded (If applicable).
We check and cleanse all our products thoroughly prior to them being packaged, however very rarely things can be missed. If unfortunately your sale item is faulty and your return has been approved at our sole discretion, we will endeavour to exchange your item in the first instance, however due to the nature of the products we sell a replacement may not be possible. If this is the case you will be offered a store credit.
Change of Mind
We unfortunately are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If you do change your mind and wish to return your item and your return has been approved at our sole discretion, you will be offered a store credit.
To avoid disappointment and change of mind please ensure you choose carefully prior to purchasing and read paragraph 5 below, for our crystal purchase terms.
Faulty Items (full price items only)
We check and cleanse all our products thoroughly prior to them being packaged, however very rarely things can be missed. If unfortunately your regular price item is faulty we will endeavour to exchange your item in the first instance, however due to the nature of the products we sell, a replacement may not be possible. If this is the case you will have the option of either a store credit or a refund.
Please note Desert Rose cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items whilst in transit.
To return your item please follow this process:
Step 1. First please send an email to email@example.com within the above mentioned time frame (depending on your return reason) with photos of your item, original packaging, proof of purchase (name, address, order number) and your reason for return.
Step 2. Your return request will either be pre-approved or declined at Desert Rose Crystal's sole discretion. If pre-approved you will be supplied with an address for you to post your item to, please note all return postage costs will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. The item will need to be received by us within 7 working days of you receiving the return postal address. If for any reason postage back to us will take longer than 7 working days (eg international customers) please advise us of this and your reason for delay. We highly recommend you take the time to package your return item well and use a tracking service so that you can ensure it does not get lost or damaged in transit.
Step 3. Once your item has been received, inspected by us and deemed at Desert Rose Crystals sole discretion to be in the condition as the original photos sent through by you in Step 1. and pre-approved by us in Step 2. We will then send you an email to notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return. If final approval is granted then refunds or store credits (if applicable) will be processed within 2 working days and you will be notified of this once completed via email. If you are receiving a refund then a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the 2 working days. If you are receiving an exchange, we will notify you once this has been sent via email with tracking details.
Please be aware that to be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the time frame specified above and following this your item will then need to be received by us within 7 working days after contact has been made prior to your return proceeding.
We are unable to process any refunds, exchanges or store credits until the item is received by us in the condition it was purchased in and any further shipping costs are paid in full (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that the crystal you receive may be different to that of the product image shown and if this is the case you will find this noted in the product description.
As you will be aware all crystals are different shapes, sizes and since they are natural products they do have naturally occurring imperfections (even polished pieces!), so please note that it is not always possible for me to note all imperfections within the listing.
Photos are wonderful but sometimes they do not show colours or imperfections correctly depending on natural light and or shadowing. However I always try to note this in the product description so please ensure you read these carefully prior to purchasing.
Returns due to crystal size will not be accepted.

7. GIFT CARD PURCHASE TERMS:
Gift Cards are at this stage are issued electronically, once purchased you will instantly receive an email (to the email address provided at checkout) enclosing your gift card and personal code. Please keep this email safe. If for some reason you misplace your email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and this can be resent to you.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Each card issued is valid for 12 months from issue date.
Gift Cards are not reloadable and can only be used to purchase goods online from www.desertrosecrystals.com.
Gift cards incur no additional processing fees.
